Everting is ok, but is better, if the hotel aquired the ground floor to become the hotel lobby, I will be more costumer friendly and convenient to have the lobby and receptation at the ground floor.
As per above, your stair to the lift are also dirty, and the leave is to small

It is close to the centerpoint and the waterfront
The room was non-smoke but because there is no window so it looks save some smoke from out saide

The location is good, and staff are friendly.
The hotel room facilities condition are very poor. The shower heater no hot water, lcd tv non-functional. Disturb by noisy sound.

Only the location and the staff
The hotel is also not worth the amount paid for as charged by Booked.net as the rooms were small and no amenities like tea and coffee making facilities in the room although I did get a water heater ("Kettle") and there was not even a cupboard in the room. Many better hotels in town than this although the location is considered as pretty good. Staff attitude were excellent. No newspapers to the room.

Internet access and the tv
No breakfast, room very cramping & no cupboard to put my belonging. I was charged extra from the price agreed upon during my reservation in the net.
